If you would like your child to attend our preschool, you will need to fill out an enrolment form. This will be provided with your information pack that you will be given when you come in for a visit.

At Halswell Learning Tree an enrolment form must be completed by the parent/caregiver of each child before attendance. All information will remain confidential and be kept in a secure place.
